US
Being in the business since 1987, comes years and years of knowledge and experience in the industry. Originally starting in Calgary, worked at the very beginning doing landscaping and worked my way to the top as part owner of a company. Over the years, our projects included doing the complete renovations and turning a 400 unit building from a rental building into a owner occupied condo building. turning a 364 unit building from a rental building into a owner occupied condo building, turning a 440 unit building from a rental building into a owner occupied condo building, turning a 128 unit building from a rental building into a owner occupied condo building, turning a 44 unit building from a rental building into a owner occupied condo building, turning a 68 unit building from a rental building into a owner occupied condo building, turning a 120 unit building from a rental building into an assisted living facility, and turning over 300 commercial warehouses from a rental occupancy into condo conversions. In Edmonton, we completed over 300 units from a rental occupancy to owner occupied units.
After being co-owner, decided to go out on my own and that is when Quality Building Maintenance & Restorations first opened it's doors for business in 2010. We originally started in Calgary. It was just a one man operation at that time with the founder and owner servicing our customers. We serviced one property management company and single unit dwellings throughout advertisement we did through the newspaper. We maintained our business in Calgary for a year and made the decision to bring our business and family to Edmonton. From the people we spoke to, our type of business was extremely needed in Edmonton.
We moved to Edmonton in May 2011 and we immediately started work for one property management company. Over time, we built relationships with people and our business started to grow. Through word of mouth and the magnitude of style of work we provide, our company is where it is today. We do work for various property management companies, many single unit dwellings, and we also service insurance companies. We have grown from myself, Mitch Bardsley, doing all the service work, to now, we have multiple employees that we have on board on a full time basis.
